We had pizza night yesterday with some friends. Chet and I made our own Paleo Pizza with an almond flour crust. We used goat's milk cheese from our farmers market. It was delish!
Paleo Pizza Crust
2 cups almond flour
2 eggs
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp garlic powder
pinch of salt
Preheat your oven to 350
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a fork
Line a pizza stone with parchment paper
Place the dough onto the pizza stone
Spread out the dough until it is the desired shape/thickness with your hands
Bake dough for 20 minutes (or until it is starting to brown)
Take dough out of oven and add toppings. (Sauce, meat, cheese, etc.)
Cook until cheese is bubbly (about 30 minutes)
